Why does my video keep stalling?

1. Press the 5-Second ahead button.

2. Move closer to your Internet (if you're using wifi).

3. Refresh your browser page.

4. Close tabs in your browser.

5. Restart your browser entirely.

6. Try a different browser (I recommend Google Chrome).
